My fave places in Ragnarok Online, Part 1

In this post I'll be highlighting a couple of spots near Geffen, the city known for its studious inhabitants who immerse themselves in the magical arts. They have a fuckass huge tower full of dangerous automatons and ghosts smackdab in the middle of everything for some reason.

The west exit from Geffen leads to one of its many large stone bridges. Before crossing the bridge if you head up north you'll find a couple of small islets with benches. There's something about listening to the infinitely repreating audio files of splashing water that puts you at ease.

My go-to map for serenity. These floating islands are so magical. I wonder if the floating isles are man-made or of natural origin. Whichever the case, someone was thoughtful enough to install a telescope for sightseeing. I always wondered if another adventurer would meet me here. We'd share a moment of peace, no words exchanged. That never happened, but it was still a nice thought to have.
