So, my surgery was cancelled. My surgeon had a family emergency and had to take 2 weeks of leave. It sucks, but I understand. My new date might be as early as October 3rd, so here's hoping. Until then I'll be working like a mule for a government that hates me. At least I'll be able to save up more money and PTO. On a postive note the weather is finally cooling down. I hate sweating more than anything. I'd rather deal with a snowstorm every so often than sweat every damn day.

My job rules because people are always leaving perfectly good junk out on the curb, or selling it for nothing. Yesterday I bought this TV and a popcorn machine for a total of $25. The TV has 4 HDMI inputs, 2 sets of AV inputs, and NO smart features... such a blessing, as our previous smart TV broke after a mere 3 years. I was able to hook up my VCR, N64, Switch, and PS4 all at once.

I've been thinking about what else I can do with this blog. I think I'm going to put together a Links page with a list of obscure sites I like.
